Golden Eagle Roofing specializes in working with you and
your insurance company to ensure that you receive a fair,
accurate assessment.
Typically, you will receive approximately 50% of your claim money within 10-15 days after the insurance adjuster has visited your home. However, during the storm season, many insurance carriers issue checks on the spot.
The checks you receive will often be made out to both you and your mortgage company. You may need to contact your mortgage company to get their endorsement on the check. Golden Eagle Roofing will be happy to assist you with this process. We will Federal Express the check with all the required documents (usually, contract with contractor and inspection report) to the mortgage company for you with a return Fed Ex back to your home.
Once the roof installation is complete we will invoice your insurance company for the balance due. If you received a split claim check from your insurance company we will collect the first check the day your installation is complete. We will collect the second check from you when you receive it from the insurance company.
For Your Convenience: If you need to make a payment for your deductible, repairs or other services we have added the ability to use your credit card through the Pay Pal System. This is a free secure processing service. We absorb the processing fee for you.
